OK final part of 2009, Im already a month behind in 2010

OK so in august of 2009 I went to study to Mexico City for a semester (4 mos in my school haha) and it was soooo much fun

I can't really break this part of the year in months but I'll just relate the most eventful things that happened to me...

1. I MET William Levy one of the loves of my life! He's like my no. 1 in latin version... *swoon*

2. I met a whole bunch more of celebrities.

3. I went to Ibero Mexico which is a kickbutt good school! and HUGE... we had a food court for christ sakes!

4. I turned 21, and my dad organized a party for me! it was so much fun!

5. my cousin turned 15 so she had a party and that was very fun and nice...

6. I saw mexican version of the Sound of Music (Again!) and Mamma Mia. The play of Anne Franks Diary.... and many more haha

7. I went to Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Another thing I would have crossed from my Bucket list, I went to Salzburg! Where the Sound of Music takes place! If I get a say haha I'm gettin married in Salzburg its the most beautiful church I have EVER seen!

It's time to recap the year that has ended! (part 2)

So now onto June!

I did summer school bleh! but apart from that it was a fun month, I got to go to Disney with my friends Rosie, Camille, Ryanne, Heather, Krissy and Katie! it is definitely one of the best times I've ever had in Disney.

then july...

Boy! was this an eventful month.

First I went to Camille's town to the Pageant of Masters, kind of a festival of living arts, and she was in the painting called the book of the city of ladies by Christine de Pisan. She had to stand for a certain amount of time and pretend to be the 1st woman on blue from right to left (the 2nd in the painting) and it was a lot of fun :D. We also went to this restaurant called pomodoro and it was quite amusing and good food. (of course later in the year I found that that is the restaurant they used to go in Laguna Beach and my life was pretty much complete).

Then I went to the Kelly Clarkson concert,
although I was late :( the concert was great!!!
She sang all of her amazing songs my favs were "My life would suck with out you" and my ultimate favorite "Since you been gone"and one by Patsy Cline.






Then came the highlight of the month and possibly year "Comic con 2009".



I met 4764852 celebrities and a little more. I met Michael Ausiello (writer for EW magazine), Ludacris, Kathy Najimy, Robert Rodriguez, Keiko Agena, The whole cast from the Big Bang Theory, Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Jesse Eisenberg, Jamie Kennedy, Dianna Agron, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Matthew Morrison, Milo Ventimiglia, Chi Mc Bride and Joshua Jackson.

It's time to recap the year that has ended! (part 1)

So this was a pretty pretty pretty great year! It's going down as one for the ages! how to, where to begin Ill just do a month by month sort of thing... January 2009- I went to San Francisco for a student exchange program and had the time of my life! Not only did I make some great friends over there, or watched wicked for 6 times in a period of 4 months with a 2 month break in between (yeah), I loooved my classes (most of them). I also got to cross something of the bucket list. (ok I dont really have one but if I had done one say 3-4 years ago this was something that would have been there) this being to live in a dorm. Now I exactly didnt get the ideal roomate "we'll be bff's4e!" but for most of the time I couldnt complain.





February 2009- (just for the record this was wicked in sf time 2 and 3) Camille came to town and got to know her so much better which I'm glad I did :)








March 2009- I had my spring break so I went to visit my dad in Mexico City, boy was that awesome! I got to see the mexican versions of "Sweet Charity" and (the highlight of the trip) "The Sound of Music" I loooooved this plus I got to meet Bianca Marroquin. She's an amazing amazing mexican actress. She's the only mexican actress who's ever stared in a Broadway show (chicago) (stared meaning as a leading role). She's currently touring the show so be sure to try and catch it! She's a real inspiration for me 'cause she's living proof that you can make it in Show Biz outside your country!







April 2009- My family and neighbor came to visit to SF and it was a lot of fun. We ate in all these good places and walked and just had fun.

May 2009- (this marks wicked 4, 5 & 6th time while in SF) Ryanne came to visit so we went to see wicked a friday evening, then she practically begged we saw the saturday matinee so we did (and Im so glad she did it was so worth it!) then while stage dooring Angel Reda (she's elphie's understudy and a part of the ensemble) tells me shes going on as elphie on tuesday and so I had to go! hahaha of course she wasnt on! cause Teal decided she wanted to go on. let me tell you about the SF cast of Wicked, they are AMAZING. I usually say and stand by the opinion that the best cast a show can get is the original one but I was proved wrong when I saw Nicholas Dromard play Fiyero, he's got ALL the attitude and THAT voice! GOOOD! I just melted everytime I heard him sing "As long as you're mine" I have a weakness for his "its UUUUP that I fell". then we have the leading ladies Teal Wicks and Kendra Kassebaum. Teal is just perfect for the part her best song is without a doubt "No good deed" she is fierce! Then we have Kendra she in my opinion is an outstanding Glinda, just because she portrays the role unlike no one, they usually all go for the same kind of approach to the role and she just approaches it from a whole different level. Unlike Teal, Kendra is not a fan of Stage Doors but I did have the oportunity to meet her twice one when I waited FOREVER for her to come and another at a Macy's singing competition and she was the sweetest person so I can't figure her out!

Another person I got to meet was Carol Kane!!!
It was all thanks to my friend of 15 mins prior I made outside the theater hahaha but she was nice and let me take a pic with her and get her autograph :). the rest of the cast david garrison, eddy rioseco, dee dee, all of them were great! and boy do they have great standby's both vicky and natalie are great! also in may I had to leave SF :'( and I did leave a part of my heart there, I love it and would love to go back and live there at one point in my life!

So I'm really tired and I'm going to continue hopefully tomorrow... whoever is reading! if anyone...

It's been 4e! woops!

Well not really forever but its been a while. A lot of things have happened since my last post.
I finished the semester in Mexico City, not really sure how I did but I'm pretty sure I did ok haha.
So now I'm back home and it's been relaxing and fun.
I got enrolled for my next semester back in reality hahaha the only good news is I wont have any school fridays :D
And just last saturday I went to Eden Espinosa's concert in Hollywood. It was well interesting hahaha I mean her voice is fearless and flawless but the songs she picked were the interesting part. there was one titled Bloddy MFA, yeah.
then I spent the night at my friend camille's house and the next day I had my jewish initiation hahaha I played the draidel! and if you ask me I guess thats all it takes, I kid I kid though I did have a reaaaally good roast beef sandwich!
then last night I went to the Upright Cabaret for the first time and boy did I have fun! It was the Kyle and Christy Cabaret! boy they can sing, especially him his vocals are just flawless, he can hit some high notes!

and I guess thats it I'll try and come back more foten than this time hahaha

3rd and counting

So last week was pretty eventful and awesome for me haha

Thursday night I went to see New Moon and holy mexican mole it was even better than the first and I loved the first (I mean of course it could be better made 'cause well catherine hardwick sucked wanting to make it her "indie film") and dont tell me, even if you read the book that you didnt faint in the last scene haha and when he smiles!!!! gah! must go see it again... like 3 times! haha

friday, oh friday... I met my cuban version of George Clooney not that he looks alike or anything but that he's my No.1 love! hes like my no.1 in my hispanic list lol and was he hot, cute and niiiiice. I met him after watching his play "Un amante a la medida" "A perfect fit lover" and he was really good in it and he made you laugh I mean the play isn't winning any tony's or anything but it entertains. I also met Alicia Machado (former Miss Universe), Gabriela Goldsmith and Lorena Velzaquez (mexican actresses).

then saturday I went to the concert of mexican singer Paulina Rubio and it was grand! I never considered her a good singer I just relally liked her music but this saturday she proved to have a voice and great physical shape and codition hahaha I'd get tired in song 1 and she sang forever!

and sunday I just had a family day hahaha saw many family members I hadnt seen in a while and had a really good ice pop... paleta de hielo hahaha

Only 8 days after and I'm writing my 2nd one... SCORE!

So.... I really dont know what to write about

but last Wednesday I went to a concert of a spanish band called "Hombres G" whom I've love since I was like 13 years old and the concert was AWESOME! I did feel a little young 'cause this band has been around here for like 25 years so there was much older people but there's was also some kids... I felt bad for like 5 songs 'cause I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THEM lol but the concert was in all great and I went with my friend from junior high. When we were on the classroom we'd sing and dance to hombres g music instead of doing what we were supposed to do! lol

then saturday I went to a late halloween party planned by my godmother for her grandson.. it was so awesome and nicely arranged... I went as a witch and my dad as a player for Barcelona's soccer team!

Sunday I went to a bullfight and it was actually entertaining I'd never been and was not as appaled by it as I always though I would be...

only 3 and a half weeks til classes are over, who's excited I know I am! lol

First one

Its the first time I've written on an actual blog. Last august I started one but photo blog with the attempt to upload a picture a day, that lasted about a day so I hope this last a little longer.
I have no idea what I'm gonna write about but probably a little of my day's adventure (the day I actually remember to write)

10 Basic Facts to know about me.

1. I'm Mexican. But I love writing in English its actually a little easier for me to develop ideas thinking in English.

2. I love theater. Especially Musical Theater. My favorite is Wicked!

3. I love watching movies old and new. I couldn't choose a favorite one though.

4. I have THE weirdest taste in music, I like songs when people are already tired of them, meaning I hear songs for the first time usually when they've been out for months.

5. I probably have a dependency with technology that is not healthy. I spend way too much time on Facebook and on my BB.

6. I LOVE watching TV. Gilmore Girls will 4e be the BEST. SHOW. EVER. Other "out of the air" shows I like are: Friends, Charmed, Dawson's Creek, Dead like me, Pushing Daisies, The O.C. & many more... I currently watch: Gossip Girl, The Big Bang Theory, gLee, Cougar Town, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice and Desperate Housewives... although I recently discovered Melrose Place and The Good Wife and I'm giving them a chance... oh yeah, did I mention I LOVE watching TV haha. Also once in a while I develop an unhealthy obssesion with Mexican Soap Operas.

7. 7 is my fav number!

8. I hate when people think that only what they think, like or want is the only thing people should think, like or want.

9. My fav color is pink. And green. But I usually like all colors. Except for brown, I hate brown, sometimes I will like somthing brown but I know I'll never wear it so I don't buy it.

10. I LOVE travelling. probably some of this blogs will be about my travel adventures.
